Enterprise Funding Corp (EFC) is a non-profit Certified Development Company that specializes in SBA 504 Small Business Loans and economic development.

We have been serving Southern California, with an emphasis on the Inland Empire, High Desert, Antelope Valley and the Coachella Valley since 1983, and have funded over $819 million worth of projects since inception.

Our primary goal is to create and retain jobs and help to stimulate the local economy. All of our excess revenues are given back to the local community through grants, scholarships, and economic development assistance.

We frequently develop cooperative programs with banks, cities, chambers of commerce, and regional economic development organizations.
